Diamond Willow is a highly prized wood for making walking sticks, or other wood crafts. The diamond-shaped segments of the wood form as a response from the willow to a fungal infection (often Valsa Sordida).
Width varies as they are imperfect pieces of wood, generally speaking the width is about that of a ski pole grip (2-3").
Our diamond willow has been dried in our custom built drying shack.
